There is an option to come in 2 days early for $50 pp for stay only. Food and activities are not included until the Retreat starts. Everyone is welcome to use the kitchen. We are steps away from beautiful beaches so you don't need a car unless you want to leave our town. You can sit back at the house and relax and unwind and head to the beach for the day. There is a restaurant and a convenient store 2 blocks away.
We are located on 3 acres with 4 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms on the Windward side of O'ahu. We are in with the locals and non tourist areas. We are steps away from beautiful Kaaawa Beach.
WHAT'S INCLUDED:
*3 Meals a day from a local chef, restaurant, farm & local food trucks. Breakfast will be at the Center each morning

*1 hour workshops with Nora in the AM and PM

NORA'S WORKSHOPS:
Sunrise Journaling at the beach
Sunrise Guided Meditation at the beach & Center
Sound Drumming and Guided Meditation under the stars
Daily Workshops that involve transformation, growth and letting go. Some workshops will be at the Center, across the street at the beach, or during our adventures.
There will be an hour with Nora in the AM and an hour with Nora in the PM. Nora will also be joining us on most if not all of our adventures around the island. We will also be doing a workshop one day when we head to the Temple & Botanical Gardens.
You will have the option to add on additional workshops with Nora when we get back from our adventures. Nora has a list of modalities that she offers including Reiki, IET, Reflexology, etc. Please head to her Facebook page, Pathways to Inner Healing. If you are interested, Nora will contact you to arrange a private session during the retreat.
You will be able to add on a massage at the Center for $130.00 for 60 minutes

CANCELLATION POLICY
Must cancel 60 days for a full refund. This gives me enough time to find someone to take your spot. No refund after final payment is made. I will refund the full payment if your cancelled spot gets filled by the time the Retreat starts. Deposit is non-refundable.
