Our private property is located on the Windward side of O'ahu, Hawaii. We are only a few steps away from Ka'a'awa Beach. We are nestled in with the locals in a quiet town along the Ko'olau Mountains with the best beaches on the island. Triple and Solo Rooms are available. Private Retreats will have the entire home. Myself and my co-host will be in the guest house on property. There are no hotels or condos in our town.

Main Studio area can be designed for any Retreat. We can clear it out for any holistic/wellness/yoga Retreat, or we can set it up with sofa's and a TV. We can set up one or two dinning room tables. Prior to arrival, the space will be up the way you want it.

We are only steps away from these quiet beautiful beaches. No beach front properties or hotels. Windward side beaches are the best!

Family Retreats:

We can host up to 10-12 people for a Family Retreat with beds being added in the master bedrooms.

We have an option to add 6-8 additional people who will be staying at the house next door to our property. This is good for Family Reunions. We only have to make sure that only 12 stay overnight on our property. Also, we can only have a total of 25 people per day on our property per the permit. Lots of room on our 3 acre property.

With our All-Inclusive Retreats, you will not have to spend your vacation time preparing meals, scheduling dinner reservations, cleaning up after every meal, arrange and book activities, rent a car, and stand in crazy lines to see the island, or spend countless hours researching the best parts of the island. We will do it all for you! This is your new best way to vacation! We do it all, so you can enjoy your time with family. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner will be provided on property and while we are on excursions. Transportation to and from all activities are included! We will talk about all the activities the group would like to do, and I will incorporate them into the Retreat.

We can add on some free family activities around the island, or schedule a Luau night or a private surf lesson with the family on the North Shore. Check out the activities list above to pick the activities you want to schedule. Some activities need to be booked 60 days in advance, so its best to pick them at the time of booking. We can fit 2 or 3 activities in on one day if you wish.

Take 3-5 families and be in one spot together during meals and activities. We have a big deck (Lanai) and two other decks off both master bedrooms overlooking lush tropical plants between beautiful mountains and the beach. There are no condos or hotels on this side or town.

Each Family Retreat will be customized around the activities you choose. Each families itinerary will be different as it depends on the activities you choose. We can surf, hike, bike or kayak all around the island, or we can relax and enjoy the best beaches while doing some days of activities and some beach days.

The menus for the Retreat will be released one (1) month before the Retreat. Each individual gets to pick their own meal/dish for lunch and dinner. Breakfast will be buffet style every morning. The Chef likes to know three (3) weeks before the Retreat, so he can guarantee his supply.

We are on 3 acres, so plenty of space outside for volleyball, tag, laser tag at night, yard darts, can jam, or any family games to get everyone together. We have an outside big screen for movie nights. We can do a fire pit at night. Crystal blue beach is directly across the street in a local/safe community.

$1,500.00 Deposit to hold your dates for your Private Retreat. I can spilt this up between each person if paying individually or per family.

$1,400.00 pp & everyone has their own bed, except for the Master Bedrooms which have a queen bed. We can add another Twin XL bed to the Master Bedrooms for bigger families. Permit only allows me to host 12 overnight. Please look at the house plans posted above. Children discounted to $800.00 pp with 5 paying adults with our Family Retreats.

Final payment is due 70 days before the Retreat. No refund after final payment unless we can fill the spot. When a retreat is cancelled, its hard to fill its spot within 70 days. Mahalo!

ALL-INCLUSIVE PRICE FOR OUR RETREATS!!!

*Please note that quiet hours are from 9PM to 7AM, Sunday-Thursday. 11PM to 7AM Friday-Saturday. This is the ordinance in the town. We do not have to be in our rooms, just any outside activities have to continue inside. Sunset on the beach is well before the curfew so we will not miss it.

*Please no smoking on property. Drinking to a limited.

*This is not a place to party. This is a tranquil place to relax and enjoy Hawaii with friends and family. Any loud noises/parties will be escorted off property.
