Aloha! I'm Kristina and I host all-inclusive wellness and adventure retreats for women on Oʻahu, Hawaiʻi, along with Stay Only trips in Aruba. 🌺
Together with my co-hosts, I personally welcome our Hawaiʻi guests at our two private Oʻahu locations in Kaʻaʻawa and Kahala.
We are not a resort-style vacation—and that’s exactly what makes our retreats different.
My goal is to give women a more authentic experience while supporting the communities that make Hawaiʻi so special. We intentionally support local farmers, restaurants, food trucks, guides, and small businesses, while avoiding chain restaurants and high-rise hotels whenever possible.

Our Aruba Trips are a Stay Only, but you get to add on any excursions you want to do. This is more of a relaxed type of vacation and out of the Resort areas. You don't have to leave the Villas if you like the Ocean and Pool. Meal and Grocery Delivery is available in Aruba to our Villas.
You can come completely solo—many of our ladies do. You’ll arrive on your own, but you won’t experience Hawaiʻi alone.
Our retreats are about more than seeing beautiful places. They’re about adventure, wellness, connection, laughter, trying something new, and giving yourself the opportunity to truly enjoy the experience.

"I had one of the best adventures traveling solo with Kristina and Sisse. I went in November 2025 and stayed in the house with the pool. The house was AMAZING. Having the transportation and itinerary done for me allowed me time to just relax and not have to worry about a thing. My favorite part, besides making amazing friends, was the food and the effort to keep everything local. We had traditional breakfast cooked every morning. We had a variety of food from a lot of the locals and there was time at many of the locations to venture out and try true Hawaiian ice, Dole whip, etc. I had Ahi Tuna from one of the restaurants that was out of this world! I did a ton of Christmas shopping at the local swap meet. My biggest problem was how to zip my suitcase as I was leaving. I’ll definitely return and look forward to many more adventures with this company. ❤️"

"Kristina takes care of everything for you. Activities, meals and transportation. She creates an environment of a smaller group dynamic which encourages support, kindness and courtesy. The research Kristina must put into activities and dining has served to provide a small group who isn’t where the tour bus groups are. Each time we visited an area it didn’t get crowded until we were leaving. It was so nice not to be in crowds. We got to see all areas of the island. We went to fantastic beaches that weren’t crowded. Walking to the deserted beach at sunrise is an opportunity not easily found. Definitely an experience I would enjoy again (and I don’t generally go places twice). And hey Kristin’s and Lisa kept us fed. "

"I did my retreat from June 14 - 21 and it was amazing. Kris has this down to a science! All the events and meals were pre-screened and booked. Kris takes you to all of her favorite places and meals, she knew the best restaurants and shopping spots. There's a beautiful beach within a 5 minute walk from the retreat. It's too easy to just book it and forget about worrying. Just make sure you pack your sunscreen and comfortable shoes, everything else is taken care of!⛱🌅🍹🍍🌺🐓🩷"
