Set on three lush acres along the breathtaking Coast of Oʻahu, this private beachfront villa retreat offers a rare and intimate island escape designed for true relaxation and connection.

Tucked away in a serene local community near Kaaʻaʻawa Beach, the villa features four beautifully appointed bedrooms and inviting shared spaces that open into nature. Just steps from the shoreline, you’ll wake to ocean breezes, fall asleep to the sound of the waves, and experience Hawaii in its most peaceful, authentic form.

Far removed from crowded resorts and commercial zones, this is a quiet, residential area where hotels and short-term stays are not part of the landscape. That exclusivity is exactly what makes this retreat so special, offering you access to a side of the island that most travelers never experience.

Here, the pace slows down, the surroundings feel untouched, and every moment invites you to fully unwind. It’s not just a place to stay, it’s your own private beachfront sanctuary.

Quiet Hours: While you don’t need to be asleep, please gather indoors and keep noise levels low during:

• Monday–Thursday: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• Friday–Sunday: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

This side of the island is very calm and relaxing, nothing like Waikīkī filled with local families and natural beauty.

Meals: Three meals a day are included. If you choose to spend the day on your own, any meals outside the group itinerary will be at your own expense. There is a restaurant and a 7-Eleven down the road if you want to stay back at the house and relax at the beach for the day. We also will have a lot of leftovers and you are always welcome to them.

All meals during excursions and those served at the house are included in the retreat. We focus on supporting local businesses and communities. The island’s food trucks are some of the best, offering fresh, organic meals made with love. We proudly avoid high-rise hotels and chain restaurants in favor of my favorite local spots and hidden gems. Our chef, Ako, is incredible, and when we dine out (often more than once a day), you’ll be able to choose exactly what you’d like to eat.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 60 days in advance to receive a full refund, allowing time to fill your spot. No refunds will be issued after the final payment is made, unless your canceled spot is filled before the retreat begins, in which case you will receive a full refund. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable.

Notes

• Please consider getting travel insurance, as it can protect you if you need to cancel for any reason or require medical assistance while away from home. While not mandatory, it’s highly recommended in case of emergencies.

• Do not book your airfare until your spot has been reserved with a deposit and confirmed by me.
